Welcome to NatureStream.tv. By accessing or using NatureStream.tv, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. The Service

NatureStream.tv provides a library of cinematic nature films for personal, non-commercial viewing. Our content is designed for relaxation, meditation, focus, ambiance, and high-quality background viewing.

NatureStream.tv is available through separate subscription services, including:

These are separate subscriptions. A subscription purchased through Roku does not automatically provide access to the NatureStream.tv Web/Mobile service, and a Web/Mobile subscription does not automatically provide access through the NatureStream.tv Roku channel.

2. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Roku Subscription

NatureStream.tv subscriptions purchased through the Roku channel are billed through Roku.

The subscription price, any applicable free trial, and renewal terms are displayed at the time you subscribe through Roku. Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically renew according to the terms presented by Roku at signup.

Roku subscriptions must be managed or canceled through your Roku account. Billing and refund requests for Roku subscriptions are handled by Roku in accordance with Roku's applicable policies.

Web/Mobile Subscription

NatureStream.tv Web/Mobile subscriptions are purchased separately through our web subscription service.

The subscription price, any applicable free trial, and renewal terms are displayed at the time you subscribe. Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically renew according to the terms presented at signup.

Web/Mobile subscriptions must be managed or canceled through the account used to purchase that subscription. Billing and refund requests are subject to the policies of the applicable web subscription provider.

3. Use of Content

All films, footage, photography, graphics, and other content available through NatureStream.tv are owned by or licensed to NatureStream.tv and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to stream NatureStream.tv content for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, record, download except where expressly permitted, redistribute, rebroadcast, publicly display, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially use NatureStream.tv content without written authorization.

Use of NatureStream.tv in commercial or public environments—including hotels, spas, medical facilities, waiting rooms, offices, retail spaces, restaurants, digital signage, or similar locations—may require a separate commercial license.

4. Streaming Quality and Device Requirements

Available video quality depends on the content, device, display, internet connection, and streaming platform being used.

Viewing 4K Ultra HD content requires compatible equipment and sufficient internet bandwidth. A connection speed of approximately 25 Mbps or greater is recommended for reliable 4K streaming.

Not all content, devices, browsers, or platforms may support 4K playback.

5. Availability of the Service

We may add, remove, update, or modify content, features, supported devices, and distribution platforms from time to time.

We do not guarantee that any particular film, feature, device, platform, or streaming resolution will remain available indefinitely.

6. Limitation of Liability

NatureStream.tv is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NatureStream.tv is not responsible for service interruptions, internet connectivity problems, third-party platform outages, device incompatibility, data loss, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to our service, subscription options, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.

The effective date shown above will indicate when these Terms were most recently updated. Your continued use of NatureStream.tv after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
