Welcome to NatureStream.tv! By using our service, you agree to the following terms.

1. The Service

NatureStream.tv provides a library of cinematic 4K nature films for personal, non-commercial use. Our content is designed for relaxation, meditation, and high-quality background displays.

2. Subscriptions and Free Trials

• 3-Day Free Trial: New subscribers are eligible for a one-time 3-day free trial. You must cancel before the end of the 3rd day to avoid being charged.

• Billing: After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the monthly rate of $7.95 (or current market rate) unless canceled through your Roku account.

• Refunds: Billing is handled by Roku. Refund requests must be directed to Roku Support.

3. Use of Content

All footage on NatureStream.tv is the intellectual property of NatureStream.tv. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to stream the content for personal use. You may not record, redistribute, or use the content for public screenings or commercial purposes (e.g., in a lobby or spa) without a separate commercial license.

4. 4K Streaming Requirements

To view content in 4K Ultra HD, you must have a 4K-compatible Roku device, a 4K television, and a high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps recommended).

5. Limitation of Liability

NatureStream.tv is provided "as is." We are not liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or compatibility issues with specific hardware.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
